- Compressor With Dryer
Compressor with Dryer is employed in order to engage the copper layer with the surface of the printed circuit board. Compressor with dryer is also used in order to make the preparation of multi layer printed circuit boards easier. It helps bond the layers of the multi layer PCB together. High quality machines are used at SynergisePCB while dealing with the multi layer printed circuit board.
- Shearing Machine
Shearing Machine is used in order to cut the printed circuit boards into desired sizes and dimensions. It is extremely important to get the dimensions accurate as they have to accommodate the design, components and have to fit inside the device. This is why high tech shearing devices are used for this purpose.
- Copper Foil Cutter
Copper Foil Cutter Machine is used in order to cut the printed circuit boards into desired sizes and dimensions. It is extremely important to get the dimensions accurate as they have to be adjusted on the surface of the substrate to make the printed circuit board PCB.
- Solder Paste Application Machines
The first stage of the Printed Circuit Boards assembly is the application of solder paste on the surface of the PCB. The solder paste is applied only to certain places of the board i.e. where components are to be placed as per the design of the integrated circuit board. The solder paste is 96.5% tin, 3% silver and 0.5 % copper in composition and is little metal ball in shape. The solder paste is applied with a flux which helps the solder paste melt and bond to the surface. The application of solder paste is done through a machine which spreads the paste across the evenly to the designated area.
- Reflow Soldering Machine
The third step in the assembly process of printed circuit boards is the reflow soldering process in which the soldering paste is heated to be melted and solidified again so as to affix to components to their designated places. After the pick and place process has been completed, the PCB is shifted to the reflow section where board is heated to high temperature of around 250C which melts the solder in the solder paste. Once the solder paste melts, the components placed on it gets affixed to their designated places.
- Cold Pressing M/C
Cold Pressing Machine is employed in order to engage the copper layer with the surface of the printed circuit board. It is also used to strengthen the solder paste applied during the assembly process in order to keep the components firmly in their place.
- The Central Dust Collecting System
The cleanliness of the printed circuit board is of utmost importance as dust or impurity on the surface of the PCB or in the working environment of the PCB can cause faults and contamination. In order to remove such possibilities, the central dust collecting system is used which takes care of the cleanliness of the environment.
